Verbeat is a non-profitable, non-governamental non-organization created and in creation by Leandro Gejfinbein and Tiago Casagrande, social communicators from Porto Alegre, Brazil. We have some trouble to separate, for a clear definition, our goals and our principles once frequently they blend and combine each other. We rather, instead of describing what we are and where we're trying to be, talk about what we want.

Starting from the most liquid principles possible, we want to stimulate and foment communication, art and culture, understanding that they're transitory, fluid, questionable, free and democratic. We want to aggregate people in non-groups, where collaboration doesn't level, but increases the value of the individual, his talent, experience and ambient. United creativities, embracing plural outputs and forbidding ideological assimilation: the difference is ths basis for development, transformation, evolution. The movement nourishes. If many combinations are possible, we want to find them out and test them, one by one. And this means a lot of projects.

Always moving. We don't want a headquarter, an only place. We are in constant ressignification and our identity is made by the existent representation inside the people that shape and are reference for Verbeat. If you're one of them, or if you're ready and willing to become one, you won't have any doubt to say who we are, as we won't hesitate to tell that you're also part of us.

It may sound confusing, or that we're just trying to confuse you. It's the opposite. And if it seems that way, it's not our wishes that doesn't makes sense - but maybe the references that makes sense for you today. Maybe some of those models and concepts are immobilized in a world that's not today's world, hence innadequate to transformations that come and go, in the speed of the bat of an eye.

And that is why you'll be wrong if you think of us as the transformations itself. That would be too little. We want to be the fluid in flux, where it's hard to distinguish what carries, and what is carried.
